The two leaders, President Bola Tinubu and King Charles III, met at Buckingham Palace, where their discussion revolved around reinforcing the partnership between the two nations.

Olusegun Dada, the new media aide to the president, shared a photograph of the momentous occasion on social media platform X, highlighting the cordial exchange between Tinubu and King Charles. “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu visited His Majesty, King Charles at Buckingham Palace,” Dada wrote, emphasizing the importance of the visit. He added that the dialogue was centered on the ongoing diplomatic ties and collaboration between Nigeria and the UK.

This meeting followed their last encounter in November 2023, just ahead of the 28th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28) in Dubai, further showcasing the consistent diplomatic engagement between the two leaders.
