Rabiu Kwankwaso Confident in 2027 Presidential Victory, Declares PDP Defunct

Rabiu Kwankwaso, the national leader of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), is boldly asserting his position for the Kwankwaso 2027 presidential election. Speaking at the inauguration of the NNPP Secretariat in Katsina, Kwankwaso expressed his confidence in securing the presidency in the next general election, claiming that his party is set to dominate the political landscape. His remarks signal a strategic shift for his party as it prepares for the 2027 elections.

Kwankwaso, who was the NNPP presidential candidate in the 2023 elections, emphasized that the party is gaining momentum and positioning itself to take over leadership at both national and state levels. During his visit to Katsina, where he also paid condolences to the Yar’Adua family, Kwankwaso declared that the Kwankwaso 2027 presidential election campaign will be focused on offering Nigerians a credible alternative to the ruling political class.

The former Kano State governor wasted no time in criticizing the opposition, boldly stating, “The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is already dead.” He argued that the party, once a dominant force in Nigeria, has lost its way, leading to his decision to exit and champion the NNPP. For Kwankwaso, the 2027 race is an opportunity to reshape the nation’s political direction, an ambition that aligns with his party’s objectives for change and growth.

As the Kwankwaso 2027 presidential election approaches, the NNPP leader rallied his supporters, particularly youths and women, encouraging them to resist attempts to be swayed by material enticements such as money or gifts. He warned Nigerians not to be “deceived with spaghetti or money,” and called for a deeper commitment to the political future of the country.

Kwankwaso also urged NNPP officials to intensify efforts in mobilizing grassroots support, highlighting the party’s dedication to civic engagement. The inauguration of the state secretariat was lauded as a symbol of the party’s preparedness for the future.

In addition, Alhaji Armaya’u Abdulkadir, the NNPP’s state chairman, spoke about the party’s efforts to educate the electorate about its new logo, which symbolizes a commitment to universal education—a core priority of the Kwankwasiyya movement. Abdulkadir emphasized that the party must focus on spreading its message at the grassroots level to ensure that every member understands the significance of the party’s vision for the Kwankwaso 2027 presidential election.

Kwankwaso’s declaration and confidence in the 2027 election reflect his determination to carve out a strong political presence. With his vision of a revitalized Nigeria, the NNPP is gearing up to challenge the status quo, and Kwankwaso believes that this will be a pivotal moment in the country’s political history.
